To minimize our client’s capital gains tax exposure, we can arrange Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges and reverse tax deferred exchanges.

We also provide legal representation and assistance with business transactions, such as asset purchases, stock purchases, mergers, employment agreements, and ancillary business contracts. In connection with those transactions and our commercial real estate transactions, we form corporations, both profit and nonprofit, and limited liability companies.

We represent many property owner associations and condominium associations with board and annual meeting assistance, special assessment planning, document revisions, and assessment collections. Our practice also includes real estate development and related real estate legal matters such as easement agreements, covenant drafting, encroachment agreements, and condominium creation.
